You don’t have to be home for an inspection. Your property manager will bring a set of keys for the property and leave a note on your bench to let you know they have been through.

Do I need rental Insurance?
Contents insurance is a must. The property owner is responsible for insuring the house and permanent fixtures and fittings however, this does not cover any of your personal belongings.
